Without exception, I require all first-time individuals to be screened before scheduling. A minimum of ~24 to 48 hours is needed to process your request. Same day requests incur a +$200 rush fee to get our familiarities settled quickly.

Your received information will be treated with the utmost discretion and remain strictly confidential. Please provide your real life phone number and one of the following below:

1. (Online Verification) 1 picture of your valid ID + 1 selfie holding your ID with today’s date written on a piece of paper

2. (Online Verification) a verified LinkedIn (with 300+ connections & profile picture) or official work bio page URL (with a profile picture) + blank message sent from a valid work email

3. (In-Person Verification; +$1000) Inquire about "20 min Screening Coffee Date" available at a downtown beverage shop of my choosing

   1. You must present 1-2 provider references as required supplemental verification for this method

Incalls

An additional incall fee must be paid in full alongside the retainer fee to secure the booking. Amounts ($300-$1000) vary by availability; please note my incalls are always hosted at a tasteful 4 or 5 star hotel.

Outcalls

Outcall screenings to your private residence or a 4*/5* hotel will require proof of residence (e.g. utility bill) and confirmation of booking (e.g.hotel booking), respectively. Outcalls to private residence(s) are not accepted for first time appointments, but may be possible once a relationship has taken root, upon my discretion.

I lead a full life, and will accommodate extensions when I can. Extensions are $1000/hour, so please plan for longer in advance.

I’ve many lovely friends if you wish to arrange a duo. Just ask! Please be prepared to match the higher rate of the two.

Couples are welcome, and accepted on a case by case basis. Both parties must provide screening information and an additional $300/ hour will be added to the experience.

I am rarely available within 24 hours. On the chance occasion I might be able to accommodate, kindly add +$200 to the donation.

In order to secure time on my schedule, I require a 25% non-refundable retainer fee in BTC, USDC, Square, or select e-gift platform(s).

For FMTYs, touring dates, or 6+ hour appointments, I require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee.

*If we are meeting for the first time via FMTY, I require a mandatory video call to assess vibes & needs.

Expenses, such as, but not limited to: Business class+ transportation, 4*+ accommodation, and other misc. expenditures, are not part of the retainer amount and must be paid in full alongside the retainer to secure the booking. I deeply appreciate this, so thank you in advance!

Life happens, but that doesn’t mean we won’t have the chance to meet again. Here is my policy below:

• Cancellations > 72 hour notice: 100% of the retainer will represent the cancellation fee; you will need to re-submit another full retainer fee to reschedule.

• Cancellations 48 to 72 hours notice: 100% of the retainer will be forfeited and you will need to pay 50% of the remaining total as the cancellation fee.

  Cancellations < 48 hours notice: 100% of the retainer will forfeited and you will need to pay 100% of the remaining total as the cancellation fee.

On the rare occasion that I need to cancel our appointment, 100% of the deposit will be returned to you.

Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in being disqualified from booking any further consultations with me.

Please keep our moments together private. I strictly do not engage in review culture. However, I am always open to feedback, so if you would like to express your sentiments post-date, I would be intrigued to read your thoughts in a private email.

My health, as well as your health, takes a paramount position in my life. I expect the same principles from you, so we can have more private encounters in the future. Please do not request anything that would make you less of a gentleman.

Overnights necessitate a minimum of 7 hours of sleep. Dates 24+ hours necessitate the aforementioned beauty sleep regimen as well as 1-2 hours of personal time for exercise, recharge, and meditation.

Note, I am a sensitive sleeper.
If you snore, I would deeply appreciate a separate room for sleeping arrangements, and/or if you would bring mouth tape, nasal strips, or a device to assist your breath.

Mutual consent and respect is required at all times. If I feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any time, then it is your understanding that I reserve the right to discontinue the session without refund.

The remainder of the total must be presented in an inconspicuous envelope, gift bag, or tucked into a book within the first 5 minutes of meeting. Bonus points for creative wrappings!

Soapy showers, neat grooming, and fresh breath are always a great way to start our date! Please take care of your hygiene at the beginning of our appointment.

Like domestic and regular FMTYs, all incurred travel expenses (4+ star hotels, business class+ flights & transportation, daily meals/ sustenance, and serendipitous shopping) are supplemental to my time and to be supplied by you.

Flights to and from there will be independent from yours.

A 50% retainer fee alongside 100% upfront reimbursements for travel expenses are expected to secure my time. Ideally, a 1 to 2 week notice is preferred so I may clear my schedule and plan accordingly. Holidays are limited to international vacation destinations only, outside of the North American territories.

Itineraries can be pre-determined or created collaboratively, but ultimately, a plan of activities must be put in place. That said, as a natural introvert, please allot a minimum of 1-2 hours daily alone time so that I may recharge for our ongoing adventures. Now speaking of adventure, let’s embark on one!
